We serve a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, corporate functions, private gatherings, birthdays, holiday parties, graduations, baby showers, and more. If you’re celebrating, we’re here to help make it special!

2. Do you supply the alcohol?
While we don’t provide alcohol directly, we’ll guide you through the selection process. We can recommend brands, quantities, and flavors based on your guest count and preferences, ensuring you have exactly what you need. As always please drink responsibly.

3. Can you create custom cocktails?
Absolutely! We excel at designing signature drinks tailored to your event’s theme and taste preferences. Our goal is to craft a memorable menu that truly reflects your vision.

4. What’s included in your bartending service?
Our standard service includes:

  • Professional, friendly bartenders

  • All necessary bar tools and equipment

  • Garnishes and mixers

  • Complete setup and cleanup of the bar area

Additionally, we can provide portable bar stations, specialty glassware, and other enhancements to elevate your guests’ experience.

5. Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We’re happy to create a range of mocktails, sparkling juices, and other alcohol-free beverages so everyone can join in the fun. As always please drink responsibly even if you consume alcohol free beverages.

6. How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking minimum 4–6 weeks in advance. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out—if we have availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

7. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold all necessary licenses and insurance, giving you confidence and peace of mind while we tend to your guests.

8. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Indianapolis and proudly serve the surrounding regions. If your event is farther afield, let us know—travel fees may apply, but we’re committed to providing great service wherever you need us.

9. How much does your service cost?
Our pricing varies depending on factors like event size, duration, location, and the level of customization. Contact us for a personalized quote, and we’ll work with you to design a package that fits your budget and vision.

10. How many bartenders will I need?
As a rule of thumb, one bartender can comfortably serve about 50-100 guests. For larger celebrations, we’ll discuss staffing options to keep service smooth and efficient.

11. Can I customize the bar setup?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of portable bar styles and can adapt the look, feel, and functionality of the setup to match your event’s theme. Let’s create a welcoming focal point that your guests will love!

12. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least [X days/weeks] in advance may qualify for a partial refund. We’re happy to discuss the details and work with you to find a fair solution.
